2. Service Description
Next Lvl is a digital marketing agency offering the following services:
- Meta, Google and TikTok ad management
- Conversion-focused funnel and landing page design
- CRM setup and marketing automation
- Lead tracking systems
- Strategy consulting and performance analysis
3. User Obligations
When using the site, you must:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Not use the site for unlawful purposes
- Not engage in conduct that harms site security
- Respect third party rights
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (text, images, logo, design, code) is the property of Next Lvl and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The site and services are provided 'as is'. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next Lvl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of information on the site.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms applicable to services:
- Monthly retainers billed in advance at the start of each month
- Ad budget is not included in retainer, paid directly to the platform
- All fees exclude VAT
- Refund policy governed by the warranty in section 7
7. Warranty Policy
60-Day KPI Guarantee: If we fail to hit the KPI targets set in the strategy session within the first 60 days, the first two months of retainer are refunded. Ad budget is not included in this guarantee.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. On termination, fees due through the termination date are payable; ad accounts and data are transferred to the client.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with the Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices having jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are notified to registered users via email; otherwise the current version is posted on this page.
