- What's included?
- Analysis of current calls · sales script · setter training · closer training · objection guide · weekly coaching.
- How is it measured?
- First response time, lead→appointment and appointment→sale rates, weekly call quality score.
- What does it connect to?
- CRM and AI Automation · Lead Generation · Market Research and Offer Design.
The 4 problems we see most often:
Leads get a late reply
Whoever calls hours later loses to the competitor.
Everyone does it their own way
No script, so results depend on the person.
The call ends at the first objection
"It's expensive" and "let me think" go unanswered.
The owner is on every call
The founder can't get out of sales.

What are setters and closers, and how do they differ?
A setter gives the first reply to a lead, qualifies them and books the appointment; a closer runs that appointment and closes the sale. Good sales team training treats the two roles separately, because they need different skills. A setter's success is measured by speed and consistency: how many minutes to reply, how many leads booked. A closer's success is measured by understanding the need correctly, presenting the offer clearly and handling objections. In small teams one person may do both; then the training covers both modules. What matters is that it's clear who owns each step and that it can be tracked in the CRM.
How fast should you reply to a lead?
As fast as possible; ideally within the first few minutes. The person who fills in the form is interested right then and has most likely contacted more than one business. The first business to reply starts the conversation and gets the chance to earn trust. That's why we teach setters a fast, short first message followed by a few qualification questions. Since the team can't always be available, instant alerts and an automatic first message in the CRM support that speed. Measuring response time every week is one of the simplest ways to improve sales results.
Doesn't a sales script make people sound robotic?
A well-written script isn't text to memorise; it's a map of the call. It shows which questions to ask in what order, where to go depending on the customer's answer, and how to approach frequent objections. The words can change from person to person; the flow shouldn't. Without a script every call goes differently and you can't measure what works. We write the script for your sector and offer, fit it to the team's own voice through role plays, and then update it regularly by listening to real calls. The team sounds natural but doesn't lose its way.
How do you answer the "it's expensive" objection?
"It's expensive" is usually not about the price but about value not yet being understood. A price looks high when it's stated before the customer understands how much the outcome matters and why it's safer with you. So we teach closers to clarify the need and goal first, then present the offer tied to that goal. When the objection comes, instead of getting defensive, ask questions: expensive compared to what, which option is it being compared with?
Services most often used together
Sales Academy: frequently asked questions
My team doesn't have both setters and closers. Does it still work?
Yes. If one person does both jobs, the training covers both modules together.
Do you write the script?
Yes, for your sector and offer; it's updated every month based on real calls.
How many people do you train?
We offer one-to-one training as well as group training for up to 20 people.
Is the training online?
Yes, the training is held online.
How will you see results?
We measure lead→appointment and appointment→sale rates in the CRM together, before and after the training.
How much does the service cost?
Fees depend on the scope of the work and your goals. In a free 30-minute call we clarify what you need and send you a written proposal. We charge no setup fee. Your ad budget is always separate and paid directly to Meta or Google; we never touch that money.
Who replies to your leads, and how fast?
Let's take a look together in 30 minutes.
